Region D Recycling & Solid Waste Management District is pleased to assist with ongoing aluminum, plastic, paper, Styrofoam, glass and cardboard recycling efforts for residents of Andrew, Buchanan, Clinton and DeKalb Counties. Please follow the guidelines below. Other occasional recycling collection events for items including electronics and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) are offered based on availability of funding.
